I like the chair but I wouldn't buy another one. You can buy a very nice chair for $150.00 and that's all your buying is the chair the heat don't work good at all

I was extremely happy with the quality of the chair, but one of the batteries didn’t work. I thought, well, here we go - another poor online experience. To my surprise, I got a response to my email within hours, they promptly sent a new battery - no questions asked, and followed up to ensure I got what I needed. What a refreshing experience!! My wife LOVES the chair and the multiple settings. She really loves the built-in cooler. Keep up the great work, 4Tek!!!
